I have never had a more positive experience with a company. They were professional and honest and submitted a complete proposal and explanation of the work needed to be done. They also brought my attention to a problem with a window that needed repair which was not something they would have had to pay attention to, it was above and beyond the repairs I called them for. I had the fortunate experience of working with Douglas from Super Siders on a project I called him for. I found his business on Google and had a return call within 24 hours. Douglas was very friendly, understanding and helpful, but most impressive, was his honesty. He was at my house for an estimate and repaired my siding that same day. Super Siders is a great company. They installed new siding to the side of our house and it looks great. The company charged us less then other companies and they were timely with their service.

Douglas is a genuinely nice person who cares about doing the right thing. He was at our home to provide an estimate and went above and beyond to ensure he understood our needs. He even fixed a couple of miscellaneous issues on his own time. We haven't made a decision yet but Douglas is high on our list and so far, we highly recommend him.

Super Siders is SUPER! On a scale of 1-5, I would give them a 7. My mobile home got damaged in the bad hail storm on June 11, 2017. I had a lot of damage to my roof, siding, shed, skylights, deck and ramp. After I called my insurance, I did a lot of research to see who the best contractor was with the best reviews. They have had a change in leadership recently that has definitely had an impact on their work and service compared to some previous reviews. We travelled to the Mpls Home Show a year ago to find a contractor to do some remodeling, LP Smart Siding and all windows in our cabin North of Park Rapids... The question we asked all the businesses we talked to was if they did work outside of the metro. Douglas assured us they would. Unfortunately, my experience with SuperSiders was, generally, not great. There were some positives, however, the majority of my experience was negative. I hired them as a contractor for work on my roof and siding from storm damage after finding a positive review on the NextDoor neighborhood social media platform. -The contract I signed had a guarantee that the work would be completed in 60 days after SuperSiders and my insurance company came to agreement on the scope of work and compensation – work wasn’t completed in 60 day... read more
