Understanding its probably the last day to Golf for the 2023 season however, they had it stacked so tight it took 3 1/2 hours to finish nine holes. For the price and no cart service… I will maybe try again next year. The staff was very appreciative and apologetic for the delays. Course was beautifully maintained. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Course switched to Uber pricing. Basically the busier it is the more they charge you. It’s crock and shows no good will to it’s patrons. Stonebrooke is not worth $100 a round

We have found that the vast majority of our golfers really appreciate our four hour pace of play policy. However, if playing in four hours is not something that interests you, we do offer times later in the afternoon (typically anytime after 4:00pm) where we do not enforce pace of play. We invite you to come out and try one of those times if that better suits your interests!

The message from #Stonebrooke on Sunday for an afternoon of golf on a beautiful day in Shakopee MN? Happy to have you, but if you can't play in 4 hours, you'll need to skip some of our beautiful course. Oh, and by the way...if you don't like that, it's okay, the management team doesn't really need to be concerned about you coming back to play....they have several other people that will take your place.....such a strong customer focused message to receive.....on a golf course. One of the most common issues players have with golf is that it takes too long. In an attempt to remedy that, we created a four hour pace of play. I would say staff in club house very nice, golf course kept in great shape. I would say if you are in groups of 4 you will get yelled at, because you are slowing pace especially if they have twosome’s behind you. We are a traveling league of senior golfers who like to have a good time, anyway we were done with our round all 15 in our group, as we spent time having a beer management came out scolded us for pace of play over 4hour pace, none of us were aware of the policy. They rush people to play and are rude about it. You are forced to skip holes even if no one is behind you and then catch up to people in front of you. How fun!! They claim to be experts on pacing yet can’t manage their busy days without blaming paying customers for their shortcomings. Do yourself a favor and go play somewhere else! Rude, unprofessional and unapologetic.

I always loved this course and the staff has always been great until one ranger ruined it all for me, which was enough for me to never go back. He told us that we needed to speed up and that we’re two holes behind. Keep in mind, we finished the front 9 in less than 2 hours and finished the round in 4, only because we had to wait on 9 of the holes. After he warned/ threatened that we would have to skip a hole if we didn’t play faster, we rushed for half a hole only to find out that the next group was right in front of us. The... read more
