I have had dogs for over 40 years and the most unprofessional animal hospital I have ever seen. You dropped me because I got upset with one of your practices. Was so upset I didn’t feel like talking to one of your veterinarians at the time. I made an appointment several days in advance and you called me a few minutes before I was supposed to arrive to say you were no longer going to service me. Also you had your groomer call me instead of the office manager or vet. CLASSLESS.
