We have brought 4 of our babies in to Silverleaf in the past year. One of dogs contracted kennel cough and it spread through our household. After it seemed all the rest of the fur babies had gotten over it but there was one still coughing. I had to have my daughter take her in because I was going to be going out of town for work. I took my pit bull Harley here when she was badly sick, she had stopped eating and was constantly throwing up I couldn't figure out what was wrong with her she started losing weight like crazy I got so worried I was going to lose her she was only 5 months old when this happened, I had a full time job but I didn't make much money and didn't get paid for another week but I knew she wouldn't be alive if I waiting until then, my friend said I should take her to silver leaf so I did, the staff was great and the doctor was so swee... read more
Silverleaf is a very good hospital. Dr. Floyd has helped my dog with two of her health problems. She had terrible skin allergies and they are under control now.
This office recently came under new ownership and I did not know what to expect. I was blown away by their care. They were patient and kind with my cat. They interacted with my toddler and even showed her around the back where they kept the animals. I felt so comfortable and welcomed there and definitely trust my animal to them. We will always choose this vet!
Dr. Floyd and the staff are excellent at Silverleaf. We've had several dogs treated throughout the years at Silverleaf and Dr. Floyd is my favorite. He's very compassionate and knowledgeable in his field. We had an emergency the other night after hours so we took to the Emergency clinic. Silverleaf worked us in the next afternoon and Dr. Floyd did a true diagnosis and treatment. They even called the following day to check on our Annie and since it was Friday asked us to bring her in for a recheck.
We have found our forever Vet! Thank you for taking such excellent care of our baby, Chip. Receiving the sweet card in the mail after the procedure was the icing on the cake! Your staff is the best, so genuine and friendly! The facility was very clean (and pet odor free, even!) and comfortable. Thank you for your care, we will be lifelong customers :)
