They came quick , really nice guy was fixed perfectly and I truly believe he wanted to save me money saying you probably don?t need that. Totally impressed.

Free estimate. Friendly and professional customer service. On time and calls back immediately when you leave a message. Reasonably price compared to other prices. Fast and friendly plumber and knowledgeable even helped me pick out the part I need. They usually do not do manufacture houses but because our pipes was similar to an house they still took on the job. I hope I can use them in the future for all .y plumbing needs. I recommend them to anyone.

Contacted me and scheduled an appointment within a day. Techs assessed my situation, gave me options, and fixed everything within hours. I not have a new sump pump and battery back-up system. Very happy with everything that they did!

I just moved into the area and was looking for a reliable and reasonably priced plumber. I am fortunate that I found Shelby Mechanical. The front desk communication (Cheyanne) was very good. The onsite technician Paul Tabb did a terrific job with my repairs. Paul was punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and skilled. A real craftsman. Defiantly going with Shelby Mechanical for any future needs.

Needed to replace my back up sump. Shelby Mechanical actually came out and provided a quote at NO COST - very rare now of days but greatly appreciated. They provided a reasonable quote and I hired them. Paul and his team arrived on time, installed pump, and left the area as clean as they found it. Very happy with work done and would definitely recommend Shelby Mechanical for any plumbing work
