NEVER EASY TO BLAME OURSELVES, EASIER TO PLACE IT ELSEWHERE. As a patient, I personally have dealt with multiple staff members who were NEVER RUDE in fact quite pleasant. I was surprised to read the comments on this page while searhing for the phone # to make my next apt. I have spoke to Helen the billing clerk before and, ""What a nice lady"". GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! Everyone from the doctors to the front office staff were very professional and helpful. The billing department was EXTREMELY helpful when i recieved a bill i did not agree with, Helen went above and beyond her job duties to contact my insurance company (which is my responsibility as the policy holder!!!!!) to verify my exact benefits and then explained them in a way i could understand. Terrible place to go. No one knows their jobs. Average appointment time 3hrs long!!!! Prepare to be treated like dirt and deal with attitude!!!!

BILLING NIGHTMARE!!!!! Doctor was very professional as was their technical staff (Chris). The billing department is a complete TRAIN WRECK and Helen is the Engineer!!. Incorrect coding (coded as medical and not vision), would not resubmit correctly when asked, had to get insurance involved, still did not code correctly the second time, they never submitted contacts exam to insurance company, going on 3 months now and we just got a bill for $40.00 and a collections notice!!! Blue Cross covers vision exams at 100 percent WTF!!... read more

Rude and unfriendly staff Rude, rude, rude. the office staff is just awful....they did not have my records that I sent in before my visit. I will not be back, the optical department is the worst. My doctor was good and thorough, but the rest of the staff is unprofessional and not friendly or helpful at all.

Run, don't walk away from this office All previous negative posts of this outfit have been deleted and I don't know why. Their staff has the poorest people skills of anybody I have ever met. I refuse to comment further or return for their abusive treatment. There are many other physicians who have a more pleasing manner.Sign me GONE...
