WOW!!!!!!! Ignorance is bliss, PELFREAK. I can only imagine the conversation that took place with PELFREAK. As someone who works with patients in a busy practice, I have yet to meet a billing person who dictates practice policy & procedures for daily operations of the business. They are just working slobs like the rest of us who are told what to do by the doctors and/or management in charge. If this billing person is in charge of all that, she deserves a raise!!!!
