Kelly got us all the information we requested even though the individuals selling the house were non-cooperative themselves at times. She always kept us in the loop whether she had heard anything or not. She was able to give us a good idea about pricing during the negotiations process and we were able to get our hole against 7 or so competing offers to start. She continued to answer additional questions for us even after we closed.
