We were so please with this company when they did our siding on our home many years ago. We got them to bid on our new roof. My husband was so pleased with their roofing system, we didn't get any more bids. On the day of the installation, the carpenter showed up first to remove our gutter then they delivered our shingles, after which everyone showed up. My husband solicited Jim Olivier Roofing to assist us with repairing the cap on our roof. A minor repair. My husband approached them when they were down the street replacing a neighbor's roof. We became concerned because of wording in the contract indicating that no oral agreements had to be honored and a text message we received indicating the work might not be done within the week that my husband was told the day he signed the contract. My roof is 7 years old and it had leaked since the first week it was replaced 7 years ago. Not in the same place in different places throughout my house. They showed up last week to fix a leak and guess what it is still leaking in the same spot in one of my bedrooms. Spent $1,000 to fix, but it isn't fixed. They should have replaced the entire roof the first time it leaked because they did a **** job.

We show leaks occurred in 2018, 2020, and 2024. Each time, we responded and fixed the issue. The tongue and groove decking on the home tends to have issues with nails backing out causing leaks.
