Couldn’t be happier with our experience with Jim Olivier Roofing for our home roof replacement. The estimate matched the contract and the finished product matched the contract price and promised quality and time. No surprises. Excellent customer service. A well run company that is honest and tells you what they can do and what they can’t and does what they say. I know, amazing these days sad to say. But this one represents Acadiana well! We would like to thank you for the outstanding and professional service we received. Our roofing job and fixing and putting on new siding on our facia and soffit boards. Also, siding on our gables the house looks amazing. We were offered helpful suggestions by Doug to help us on what we needed done. All staff members were on top of everything. We were so please with this company when they did our siding on our home many years ago. We got them to bid on our new roof. My husband was so pleased with their roofing system, we didn't get any more bids. On the day of the installation, the carpenter showed up first to remove our gutter then they delivered our shingles, after which everyone showed up. My husband solicited Jim Olivier Roofing to assist us with repairing the cap on our roof. A minor repair. My husband approached them when they were down the street replacing a neighbor's roof. We became concerned because of wording in the contract indicating that no oral agreements had to be honored and a text message we received indicating the work might not be done within the week that my husband was told the day he signed the contract.
