REI did inspection and repair on my 30+ yr old roof last year - similar situation last March. They did a patch job which they honestly told me may not last, but they were honest, prompt and fairly priced, and I appreciated the effort. They then did my whole roof this spring, which we needed. Loved the job and the owner, and other personnel. Would add that I also got a quote from Flynn roofing and very much liked the company and personnel, as well. It was a toss up. My contractor son-in-law approved of both! Good luck.
