It was finally time to sell our mother’s house, and I didn’t know any realtors in the area. Barbara came highly recommended. After meeting with her and discussing our situation, it was obvious she knew the best way to list the property. We had a buyer under contract in 5 days! Barbara and her assistant Patricia always kept me informed throughout the entire process. She is a genuinely nice person, and the way she handled everything really put me at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
Heidi is super efficient in getting your house on the market. She gives accurate advise on what to price your house. The pictures that she takes of your house are wonderful. She knows how to show the best features inside and outside. Communication is very important and she will get back with you whenever you need to know something. We have sold 2 houses with Heidi being our real estate agent. So glad we had her to help us through this process!

Heidi Osterheld is a great realtor to work with, very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Helps suggests houses that are in your price range and and in your “style needs” She is the realtor we contact if we need help buying or selling.
If you are looking for a great realtor you should consider using Christie. She went above and beyond for us. Very responsive, helped us figure out the best asking price, was great in negotiating and sold our house after showing it twice on the first day it was listed and once the day after. Under contract in 7 days. Christie also helped us find our dream farm land to build our forever home on. Such an easy experience & we definitely would recommend Christie to anyone!
I have known Christie for many years so when I decided to list and sell my home. I looked her up. Christie is from Lawrence county so she knows this area very well. She was so easy to work with and she listened to my worries and concerns. If I needed to buy or sell again I would definitely call her again.
