my experience with Barbara Smith was a very enjoyable one would highly recommend her. Other agents didn't want to list above what I had in the property. I felt like it was a diamond in the rough. Was at the stage ready for the buyer's personal touch and I think Barbara was very well aware of that fact an I think she was a hard worker in finding a buyer on market one week to get contract.
