Steve helped us to buy our first house. He understood our special needs (we wanted a house with acreage, somewhat private settings, in a specific price range) and he presented us 3 houses. Previously we were dragged around by other real estate agents and they showed us numerous properties which we did not like. He listed to us and the 3 houses all matched our needs. I was very impressed with Steve's expertise on the local market. He was very personable and took his time to show us as many houses as we wanted. He knew the local market very well and never hesitated to suggest other homes we had not even considered. He made our first home purchase a smooth process and was there for any question we had. I picked Steve as my agent because of my daughters experience with him.
