Steve was a great resource for us as we began our real estate business. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the Seymour community, his staff is also. Michelle does a fantastic job of assisting with questions and providing quick answers. Would recommend him to investors who are looking to start a side business of rentals.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Has all information needed to make an informative decision. Steve and his office always kept in contact about interested buyers and gave us time to prepare for visits from potential buyers We sold our home and got the asking price

Steve helped us to buy our first house. He understood our special needs (we wanted a house with acreage, somewhat private settings, in a specific price range) and he presented us 3 houses. Previously we were dragged around by other real estate agents and they showed us numerous properties which we did not like. He listed to us and the 3 houses all matched our needs. I was very impressed with Steve's expertise on the local market. He was very personable and took his time to show us as many houses as we wanted. He knew the local market very well and never hesitated to suggest other homes we had not even considered. He made our first home purchase a smooth process and was there for any question we had. Steve was a perfect choice to have negotiating our 1st home purchase. He provided us with expert advice and was always responsive to our needs. We had many questions and concerns as 1st time home buyers and Steve always took the time to explain answers in detail. He took us to see many homes in a two year period and never gave up on us. I picked Steve as my agent because of my daughters experience with him. Her and her husband were only 19 and 20 and were being shown homes by every agency in town.She felt like most agents were not wanting to spend time with them because of their age and limited credit history etc. She said Steve would always return calls,and show her house after house after house.Most notably he was always upbeat and ultimately interested in helping them with finding and purchasing their first home,which he did! Steve is extremely knowledgeable on all accounts from a buyer's and sellers perspective. He Is extremely professional and personable and made our buying and closing a breeze! Great guy very helpful and understanding. Selling a house can be very stressful. He helped with any questions or problems we had. The staff there are great. Very knowledgable and can help move the process along.
