We started our home search the middle of 2021. By Oct 14, 2021 I was signing for a property. Steve was great to work with and his team is very knowledgeable & helpful. He worked with us in prepping for the sale, gave good feedback from potential buyers and went the extra mile in negotiating the sale price. He understands the market in the area & his market analysis was spot on.
Helped me through all the details of choosing the house and inspecting the house and buying the house. Even helped after we were already moved in when little issues popped up.
