However both of these issues were not Ray's Collision fault and was completely out of their control.. 5 Star : Customer Service Ted Dinkel was great. He kept me informed, explained why there were delays and what he and the staff were doing to ,mitigate these delays. When the vehicle was ready, Ted made sure I was happy with the repair work. I had to call several times it felt like to keep the process moving.
