4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend My concern with Rays is not the customer service or the repair. It took me about 8-9 days just to get the car into the shop. The car was dropped off on a Tuesday and I knew there would be additional damage not seen on the original estimate. I called/stopped by on that Friday morning and they had not even taken the damaged parts off to see what additional damages were present.
