3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Seems like it took a long time to complete this repair. Once it was fixed (after a couple of false calls to pick up) when I did pick up car three alarm lights went blinking on the dashboard. I did immediately return and they kept car for four additional days and I was cleared to pick up vehicle. So far, car seems to be running well. Staff was attentive but follow up service could have been smoother. 3.5 Star : Customer Service See previous comments

5 Star : My Experience The entire staff was kind and courteous. Victor did an amazing job keeping me informed and up to date on the progress and what work needed to be completed. He was kind, professional, and patient with all of my questions. I never had to leave a message and wait for a call back. Victor answered every time, which seems to be unheard of nowadays! 3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I rated a 7 as I would definitely recommend and use your company again if I was paying out-of-pocket . if it was insurance related and had to go through the same representative at rays I would choose another company for the repairs 4 Star : Repair Quality Very happy with the repairs but took quite a bit longer than expected communication from the progressive representative at rays was extremely lacking and the reason for not giving a 10 score 2.5 Star : Customer Service TJ was great!
