Not a huge deal though since I know the holidays are a busy time for all. Victor was extremely kind and accommodating.

They received the part the next day and scheduled me to come in the following week to get it replaced. Went in right when they opened at 8, they replaced my tail light in about 30 minutes, and was at my desk working by 9.
