RecommendedI was watching my local news yesterday in Pittsburgh, PA and saw the story of the hearing impaired face masks. Was surprised to see your facility was located in NC. I expected to be told they were only provided locally but was treated very well by your staff and told they would be happy to send one to me! Thank you so much as this will make my visit to my Mother so much more enjoyable!!

So grateful that you are sharing face masks with a the clear plastic around the mouth. That will be helpful when visiting my father who has a hearing impairment. It may also be beneficial come Sept if I am providing traditional speech therapy services with precautions.

I called and inquired about the clear mask because I'm hearing impaired myself and people have a hard time understanding me at times. I also have a hard time understanding because I have to read lips at times to communicate until I become familiar with certain people. Thank you Ms. Mello for sharing this wonderful idea and making a HUGE difference in people lives...❤

I was able to call and ask about the clear masks they are offering. I am in need of one so I communicate with my mother who is on hospice in a family care home. Due to the restrictions on nursing homes and care homes, I am only able to visit and communicate with her thru a glass storm door. It is hard for her to understand me with a normal mask because she usually relies on lip reading. This mask will open up the door to what could be my last communication opportunities with her. I just called to inquire about the mask for hearing impaired, and this wonderful lady on the phone gave me easy instructions to get one free for my husband and I..my Dad is strong hearing impaired and this is a wonderful thing for him to he able to read our lips..I am totally excited about this amazing idea and so grateful to this Dr and staff for their kindness..thank you 😊

Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful people. Had a couple of issues, quickly resolved.
The personnel are all very helpful and professional. The hearing test they performed was far more detailed and results were explained thoroughly and immediately.
