They are always so nice, so caring, and will do their best to make patients happy. Having a hearing loss is a difficult situation in the first place, but they ease the pain as much as physically possible. I've never had a bad experience here and I'm so grateful I've found them.

I just want to thank the Raleigh Hearing Center for promptly sending me a wonderful mask with a clear window so that I can read my husband's lips while he is interpreting what other people are saying to me. So kind and considerate for us hearing impaired!

I was watching my local news yesterday in Pittsburgh, PA and saw the story of the hearing impaired face masks. Was surprised to see your facility was located in NC. I expected to be told they were only provided locally but was treated very well by your staff and told they would be happy to send one to me! Thank you so much as this will make my visit to my Mother so much more enjoyable!!

So grateful that you are sharing face masks with a the clear plastic around the mouth. That will be helpful when visiting my father who has a hearing impairment. It may also be beneficial come Sept if I am providing traditional speech therapy services with precautions.

I called and inquired about the clear mask because I'm hearing impaired myself and people have a hard time understanding me at times. I also have a hard time understanding because I have to read lips at times to communicate until I become familiar with certain people. Thank you Ms. Mello for sharing this wonderful idea and making a HUGE difference in people lives...❤
