We are not good at anything
Teachers do not come from great schools.
There are a lot of detentions given for students who disobey the dress code. Like an excessive amount. Teachers and staff are too worried about dress code. Students who are disrespectful and rude have less of a chance of getting in trouble than the students who have the wrong type of shoes.
I think the counselors can be a little more helpful and accommodating to the kids. Sometimes it is hard to get in and sometimes they feel like they are bothering them
Some of the coaching is One Team, One Dream, One Family, there are a few that aren't. If you are looking for a high school mostly for sports I'd look elsewhere. I've experienced all aspects of Padua with my children that have gone here so I feel like I have the right to speak. I love sports and follow many teams. I think the administration needs to look into bullying a little more. Some of the kids, athletes and even some coaches need to be looked at. I think the most off the office staff is excellent!!!
Some teams are good but the ones who get the most funding are the bad ones
They are not focused on the true problems
We have a lot of absurd detentions at this school. For instance, my friend once got a detention because her locker was not closed. With only having 4 minutes to get from class to class, I think this should be easily excused. Also in my math class, kids walked in a minute or two late everyday, which is not allowed at our school. The teacher was fine with it at first, but then all of a sudden he cracked down on this one kid who was normally on time.
