I'm a new patient at Open Water Medical In Newport And there 's not enough stars up to rate them I would give them a 10 stars. They Have very nice staff there And the nurse there that I see is very nice Listens to to me on what I say and shes very helpful, I've been going to Crystal coast family practice for twenty plus years And? Open water Medical and newport Their staff is so much nicer there.

Christy Jones is great and is very caring. She listens to all of my concerns and works to find solutions. I’ve had migraines since I was a kid and thanks to her help I’ve found a solution and I rarely get them now. Also, the Phlebotomist at the Newport location is the best! She’s quick and I barely feel a thing when I go get my blood drawn. Overall, I enjoy going to the Newport office.

Had appointment 5/3. Receptionist had no idea how to be discreet, I got to listen to all the other patients medical records, because she was practically screaming across the waiting room. She also tried telling me I had no insurance because I didn’t have an insurance card with me. Then tried to set me up for an appointment that I wasn’t due for. Happy with my PCM, just not the office staff

Everyone here is so friendly! I love Christy, she’s so easy to talk to and answers all your questions with ease. Shes willing to go above and beyond for her patients!

This may sound crazy, but I had a great time at the doctors office today- awkwardness and all. They made me feel so comfortable, and I laughed so much! From beginning to end, the ladies were so helpful and nice. A couple co workers recommended me to them, and I am so glad I listened! The crowd in the Newport office is 10/10!
