Waited more than an hour even with an appointment. Multiple patients came in long after i did and were escorted right in. Unprofessional woman at front desk said someone would be out to collect my insurance card and info when I arrived. No one ever came to take my info. After an hour of waiting, I asked the receptionist if she would take my materials. She pointed to the woman sitting right next to her to whom I gave my info.
