The receptionist didn't acknowledge my presence in a timely manner. The nurse took my covid vaccination card and failed to return it to me. I had to make a second visit to the office to retrieve it. Overall, the office visit went fairly well. The attending FNP was very knowledgeable of my medical situation and gave helpful information and advice.
