Prompt, worked me in. Went further than what I had requested, a rapid covid test, found the cause of my fever. The lady that came out to my car to test me, the young lady that got my vitals and labs, the PA, everyone was polite and professional.
I just retired and moved to the area and have been struggling to find a family physician. But not just a doctor but one that will get to know me and my medical issues as I age. My 1st visit was awesome. Doctor Willis took time to go over my health records, history and any current issues. I FOUND my family physican-Doctor Willis.
I was very pleased with my first visit. I was treated with respect and I couldn't get over how professional my experience was. I'm glad that I chose Openwater to be my Primary care giver!! Amanda was really nice and listened to what I had to say..I appreciate someone taking the time to hear what I have to tell them about what my concerns are.... The nurse was just as good... She did a great job not hurting me when she drew my blood.. ..

I can honestly say that my Covid shots did not hurt a bit & I am very afraid of needles. The young lady was very professional as well as caring. Her intials were OWM at the Beaufort office.
