Very pleasant, professional and accommodating.
I checked in on time for my appt. I only had to wait about 5 min before I was called back by the nurse. Trinity quickly and efficiently took my vitals and sent me to the waiting room. I was there less than 5 min when Dr Krause called me back. Dr Krause took time to review my lab results and answer some questions I had. Dr Krause was patient and thorough with my questions. Everyone was great and I was having a crisis but they did everything possible to help me. My new Dr was what Everyone I believe is looking for. She was great and helpful. She actually seemed to care, unlike most Dr's now days. I'm glad i am a patient before Everyone finds out and they can't take anymore patients.! Definitely not going back to the VA.!
