I was a little early but didn't have to wait got right in
I was disappointed my doctor didn't have my cardiology records that were faxed to him HOURS before my appointment. I made sure cardiology sent them prior to my pcp appointment. This is common with this practice, you have to fight for what you need.

I checked in on time for my appt. I only had to wait about 5 min before I was called back by the nurse. Trinity quickly and efficiently took my vitals and sent me to the waiting room. I was there less than 5 min when Dr Krause called me back. Dr Krause took time to review my lab results and answer some questions I had. Dr Krause was patient and thorough with my questions.
