I called NW Granite & Flooring after for my stone countertops after losing faith in the big box stores' ability to execute. Home Depot had great prices at face value, but after doing a different project through Home Depot I learned that they are slow, hard to get a hold of, and the main thing is this: when things go sideways, it's hard to fix. Jean was extremely helpful in assisting me to decide what flooring would be best for my dining room. She provided samples for me to take home in order to get the best color, and she kept me apprised of the delivery and installation schedule. Craig then did an excellent job installing the new flooring, and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out.

We used NW Granite & Flooring for two projects this year. Our kitchen counters (granite and quartz) and our fireplace façade. We are extremely happy with both of them! They follow through from demo to completion in a timely and efficient manner. They did what they said, they were on time, respectful of our property, and we ended up with a beautiful outcome. Shawna and the whole team were wonderful to work with, thank you! We would happy to work with them again!

I'm no expert at remodeling. All I brought to NW folks was a piece of tile I liked for a new bathroom with walk-in shower. From there, these magical folks came up with a stunning, affordable design that I would never have imagined. They linked me to products that worked together beautifully and the result is magnificent. They also understood how to construct it so that it will last . . without water leaks etc. I highly recommend them for their artistry, technical knowledge and customer service.

My husband and I had never done a project of this magnitude when we remodeled our kitchen. We needed flooring and new countertops.
