We just completed our third project with this company. All three projects were renovations to our home, involving a bathroom, a kitchen and a fireplace surround. The latest project was to install new quartz countertops in our kitchen. The job went smoothly, and we like the results. Throughout all three projects, we have been impressed with how knowledgeable, professional and responsive the people at NWGF are. A good experience each time.

Had water damage due to a drain pipe leak. Repairs required for cabinets, flooring and insulation. Because of their reputation for timely and quality work, we called on Northwest Granite & Flooring to assume General Contractor responsibilities. I walked in as an inexperienced remodeler. Shawna and Jean took me under their wings, asking questions about my vision for my space and pointing me to what I needed to do with the utmost patience with my many questions - asked and unasked. I found NW Granite & Flooring to be easy to work with & very professional. It was my first experience of a remodel & each person went out of their way to make everything easier. I needed to replace my drop-in kitchen sink. The sink is in a granite countertop. After removing the old sink I found that the new one would not quite fit in the cutout hole. I needed the hole enlarged in the granite. When I called Northwest granite they said they could send someone the next day to fix this. Two guys arrived the next morning and proceeded to enlarge the hole in the granite. They had a vacuum to catch the granite dust. Shawna at NGF is conscientious and supportive. She helped me find a nice remnant for a small bathroom countertop so I wouldn't have to buy a whole slab. For my kitchen, she helped me find exactly the right countertop. Then it was templated by hand to follow the curve of the sink. When there was a glitch with the application of caulk to my new sink and countertop, she sent her best craftsman Tyler to make sure the problem was corrected to the highest standard.
