I love Dr. Arnold she is the nicest and sweetest person. She is very concerned with your well being and she talks to you with the utmost care. I wish she could be my dr. for everything. She just explains everything thoroughly and answers all questions. She takes her time and you feel happy in her presence . I highly recommend her she's great !
I think the only saving grace at that office is the Dr , she is excellent and her bedside manner is excellent. I wasnt too keen on the staff , I even waited after the fact to post this review ... I think that attitudes should be checked at that door ... and when customers call you should be equally as polite. If it wasnt for the Dr I would have given this place one star . But I will not be...
As always Dr. Arnold was warm, welcoming, and a pleasure! The team is great and I can't wait for my next appointment.
Dr. Arnold and her staff are courteous and very helpful. She's concerned about your eye care and overall well being. Her office also has a variety of eye frames to choose from that are cute and stylish.
