If you are looking for a professional and personable experience from your eye care professional, Dr. Arnold's practice meets that standard. I was serviced within the 5-7 minutes of my appointment time.
She is very attentive and knowledgable. It is a pleasure to find someone to understands about dry eye! The staff is very pleasant.
My daughter was referred to Dr. Arnold for her Air Force Academy eye exam. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the secretary was very nice. The staff was also very nice/polite. The office was beautiful.

I continue to travel to see Dawn. I find her professional and personal. She was tremendously helpful to my daughter who had challenging eyesight, and I trust her judgement. I have to also say that Tulli (sp) is an expert at choosing frames that improve your appearance. I always listen to her advice.
The moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed into the office. The ladies who work in the office are great! They were able to answer my questions. Dr. Arnold is amazing. She explains things to you in a way that you understand. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant!
Dr. Arnold is the most caring, warm and competent eye doctor I have ever worked with. I am a "challenge" as a patient and Dr. Arnold is more than well equipped to deal with people like me. I highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed.
