Recounting my personal experience with Monique as a Realtor I was pleased that she demonstrated high ethics and a willingness to go beyond the norm to work with a difficult buyer and close the deal. I was an out-of-state seller that had listed with other realtors in the past. Monique sold my home. Not being there personally, communication was very important. She kept me informed every step of the way and valued my price and negotiation limits. She went beyond her role as realtor in helping me arrange minor repairs to aide in the showing process and working with my tenants to schedule open houses.
