Monique was a great help from start to finish. Very knowledgeable of the specific area I started looking in, and very easy going about my changing needs. Once I located a house, she was fantastic about negotiating down on price (other buyers' agents I've used have been hesitant to write less-than-full-price-offers), and had a great tactical sense for writing the repair addendum and following up on details. Monique was always available and responsive.
Switched to Monique from another realtor, and within a day we found the house that we bought. Very knowledgeable of the area, seems to know people and have hookups. She helped out a lot and with some things that I am pretty sure are not even required out of her. Highly recommend!
