The manner in which our dog, Happy’s care was managed was truly excellent. We were able to get an appointment the same day. Thank you to Debbie in Reception. Dr. Hemker and our technician, Linzy gave easy to understand education and instruction on the care of Happy and his follow up. So grateful that Happy was taken care of in such a skilled, caring, and compassionate manner. Thank you to all of the staff at Mahoning Valley Veterinary Centre who were involved in Happy’s care.
We are new and after some unfortunate circumstances at our old vet we didn't feel safe any longer and were forced with the decision to find a new vet for our 4 pets, one of who is a senior with medical issues requiring frequent care. So far we have had amazing treatment and care from everyone we have encountered. Thankful to have found your office.
MVVVC is fantastic. They are the first clinic that we have ever gone to that we didn’t feel like we were just a number or just money. They were so kind to our pet and got us in quickly. The vet was honest and upfront about what to expect. Our dog is not going to make it for long but they did not try to sell unnecessary methods that were not going to be what’s best for her. Thank you MVVC. You have our business for all our bets.
I had the absolute best experience with my new puppy here! The techs were all very polite and respectful. They love what they do and it shows! They go above and beyond to make sure your pet is comfortable and safe when visiting. The veterinarian that examined my pup came personally to my car afterwards to walk me through everything he did, answered all my questions, and left me feeling confident and assured that my puppy was well taken care of!
