State Farm is a fraud! State Farm will lie, postpone, or do anything to avoid paying your claim. My son had an accident with a State Farm customer that only has liability insurance. Called State Farm to make the claim. State Farm asked for the police report to establish responsibilities. Sent the police report stating State Farm customer fault. Paul shouldn’t be in business. He employees can’t do their job and he wants to yell and scream I did a ****** review. He was a told child. If his company can’t handle questions or adding vehicles then please close your business!!

State farm is misleading. Don't get towing added and don't have ANY accidents and you'll be ok. We added roadside assistance thinking they would have our back when our older cars broke down. No one warned us that if we actually used it that they w3ould drop us. No warnings and they didn't even offer to up our monthly bill just a big slap in the face when they drop you. The reason they are dropping us: "too many roadside toes." BTW, we had 6 total in 3 years. I would've used any of the other 3 options I had with my manufactur... read more

After speaking with a different state farm agent, they informed me that Diane is full of it and she lied to me about the insurance coverage. She has some major mental problems and began stalking me and denying to give me a quote while misrepresenting State Farm Insurance. A more reliable and professional agent simply asked me to send a Declaration Page of my current insurance so he can give me a quote. This company does not care about the consumer. They will cherry pick verbiage in their policy while ignoring full paragraphs. The reps they send out to determine the damage are only trained to deny the claim and are rewarded for doing so. This company needs to be sued for Insurance fraud and needs to be shut down.

BEWARE of StateFarm! I agree with all the “negative” comments here as well as other sites! They have an average 1.9% customer rating on several sites I’ve searched and NOW I know why! As soon as we had a severe accident that was DEEMED NOT our fault by the police AND StateFarm, we now found out they are dropping us! The sick thing is they get ALL their money back from the at fault drivers insurance…yet they decided WE were “too risky” ?! Now, I have less than 2 weeks to race and find a new company..which is NOT looking great... read more

Was hit by a driver arrested for dui and driving without a valid drivers license. Due to minimal coverage by liable party I had to file a claim with State Farm, my insurance provider. It has been 6 weeks since my accident. My vehicle is so new State Farm wants to repair it and not total loss the claim. My vehicle has major damage to frame and structure which will cause a huge loss of value on such a new vehicle. I reported a claim to State Farm on 9/23/2022. Today is 10/10/22 and I still have not heard from State Farm. I would say they are lacking in customer service, but there has been no service at all! I'll give them another day and then I will see if the ** Insurance Commissioner can get them moving.
