Brad was always available when ever I tried to contact him. He made me feel that my house was the only one he had. He really has the feel for how a person feels when selling , because he knows you are selling a HOME not just a house. Great guy and gets the job done!!!
We had a great experience working with Brad. He always kept in constant contact, especially when we were working on offers with potential buyers on our home. If we ever sell our new house, we'll definitely hire Brad again.
Brad was very helpful! First we met him to discuss what kind of homes we were interested in and what we were looking for. That same day he found some listings that matched, and he continued to send me new home listings until we found the home for us. We just let him know what homes we liked and wanted to walk through and he set everything up. He was very quick to respond to all our questions which was very helpful and he made our first home purchase a lot easier than I thought it was gonna be!
I only worked with Brad for a short time because he found exactly what I was looking for in a few days and it was within my budget. After the house was toured, writing an offer, finding a home inspector, and closing the deal was a seemless transition. Brad knew what he was doing from the moment we started talking and didn't try to play any games with me. I would recommend anybody to Brad because of how painless and worry free the process was.
