Brad was superb in our home purchase! We were allowed to use electronic signatures from Michigan to Wisconsin and that saved us a great deal of money and travel time. The whole experience was a pleasure thanks to Brad. He knew every question that we had about the transaction. And he also was very helpful after our purchase with a person to contact because our four season room had a leak by the skylight. It was repaired immediately. Definitely would recommend him!!!

Brad was a wonderful realtor. Easy to work with and gave his honest opinions. He found a lot of houses we had eyes on, but with more information. I had no problems dealing with Brad at any time. He always made sure if we were interesting he would not discourage anything. He would answer our questions if we had it. When I called him I received a call back that day. I asked a friend who had recently bought a home in the area if he'd recommend his Realtor and he gave Brad a glowing review. I can see why. Brad is patient, answered all of our first-time-homebuyer questions, asked us questions to help us narrow down what we actually wanted in a home. He offered a lot of knowledge related to fixing up houses too, and gave us an idea of the cost to do so, whether a contractor might be needed, etc. If you're looking for a house you can't go wrong with Brad!

We worked with Brad through many processes. From finding the perfect house to the hardship of trying to purchase a Short Sale. Brad always made sure to find us houses that were exactly what we were looking for, and was very open and available to our schedule to make sure we found the right home for us. Brad was always available when ever I tried to contact him. He made me feel that my house was the only one he had. He really has the feel for how a person feels when selling , because he knows you are selling a HOME not just a house. Great guy and gets the job done!!!

We had a great experience working with Brad. He always kept in constant contact, especially when we were working on offers with potential buyers on our home. If we ever sell our new house, we'll definitely hire Brad again.

Brad was very helpful! First we met him to discuss what kind of homes we were interested in and what we were looking for. That same day he found some listings that matched, and he continued to send me new home listings until we found the home for us. We just let him know what homes we liked and wanted to walk through and he set everything up. He was very quick to respond to all our questions which was very helpful and he made our first home purchase a lot easier than I thought it was gonna be!

I only worked with Brad for a short time because he found exactly what I was looking for in a few days and it was within my budget. After the house was toured, writing an offer, finding a home inspector, and closing the deal was a seemless transition. Brad knew what he was doing from the moment we started talking and didn't try to play any games with me. I would recommend anybody to Brad because of how painless and worry free the process was.
