This guy knows his stuff! Really funny and knowledgeable about many different aspects of the home buying process. There wasn't a single time I felt confused even though I'm a first time home buyer thanks to Tim's expertise!

Brad was very professional in all our dealings with selling our house. We had not sold a house in 24 years so we were not really up to speed for the current details of selling our house or the current market. Brad took the time to explain things and answer our questions. He even answered our phone calls and negotiated our sale while he was on vacation. Brad always gave his honest opinion even if it went against what we believed and I'm glad we trusted him. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone buying or selling a home.
Tim knew exactly what we were looking for and very precise about finding houses for our family. We found our dream house and he made a showing happen the very next day. Promptly wrote up our offer on the house and we had an accepted offer in a week! Set up and attended all the inspections to make sure they went well.
Brad was great to work with! He listened to our “wants” and did a great job lining up homes that best fit us! He knows the area well and has tons of knowledge! Jessica was great to work with. She answered all of our questions so quickly and helped make sure we got what we wanted. She didn't need to show us a lot of houses as we knew the one we wanted, but she did a thorough job with the one house we looked at. If i purchased a house again i would definitely use her again.
Jessica was very helpful in the sale of our home with lining up inspections to helping us find an available electrician to resolve some issues before closing. We looked at close to a dozen homes with Jessica before we found our new home and she was there for us every step of the way!
