They explain everything before they do it, and even wait if he is showing anxiety over what they are about to do! Plus, my son’s smile is AMAZING now!

He had a bad experience getting a tooth pulled in the past, so he’s so scared of the ortho work that needs to be done. The staff was wonder with walking him through each step, encouraging him and just being super patient. They are amazing!
