They don't care for your pets very well.
We had a medical emergency today we took our dog here. After you were made aware of the situation. We were denied treatment. By the vet, we were told "I'm sorry we don't have any open appointments left today." Left me speech-less, angry and saddened that a vet who is supposed to love animals could turn our family pet away. You could clearly see he needed medical attention!
