I lived there 13 yrs ago! Amazing place!! Staff were always sweet and on it to fix anything, though everything was always in top shape so maybe a minor repair or two. Retiring this year and heading back home! wink emoticon

Great place, quiet, beautiful
I have been here for 25 years!! The staff in the front is very nice and friendly. A gang of us go up there to have coffee and everyone is very nice to us. I love living here.
I've lived here since 1995, an... I've lived here since 1995, and it couldn't be better! I am so thankful for everything I get especially for the price that I pay. It is so nice to have person washer and dryer in my unit! Everyone is always so courteous.
an amazing experience Lake Carlton Arms has been my home for over 20 and I have had nothing short of an amazing experience the entire time. There is a real sense of community here, there is even a gang of us that get together for coffee in the morning and go to activities in the clubhouse. No one mistreats you or takes advantage of you here, it really is a great place to live.
Love It Here Lake Carlton Arms has been my home since 1995 and I love it here. I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff and that they always come right away if you need something fixed in your apartment.
