Best Apartment Ever! I live in a "gorgeous" serene gated community! Excellent maintenance and the staff are helpful & friendly! The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Plenty of swimming pools, laundry facilities, side walks, lakes, and wildlife. I really enjoy the different birds! We also have wonderful neighbors. I have lived here for only a year, but could easily stay here the rest of my life!

You will love it there, just don't break your leasse I lived at Lake Carlton for about 2 years and I loved it. Maintenance is fast and friendly. The complex is always clean. The only issue I had is that I broke my lease early and they are trying to charge me for 2months rents instead of the one month agreed.
