Yona is amazing! She’s extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. We worked with her for over a year to find our perfect house and property. Yona was fantastic. She gave us honest opinions about each home we saw, was extremely knowledgeable about the market and local area and was reassuring to us as a buyer in a competitive seller’s market. Once we had an accepted offer, she provided excellent recommendations for attorneys, inspectors, etc and has been a huge support throughout the closing process.

Yona is by far the best broker me and my husband have ever worked with. She was so patient when we started looking, taking us to see every house in every neighborhood at ever price point, while we figured out what we wanted. She is very knowledgeable about the area and helped us negotiate the price and other things in the contract. Wendy Kligman is super! She was present on a purchase and sale of my current and former residence. From the initial listing to closing, she was top-notch. She addressed my needs with both transactions- on time- every time- without hesitation. Her knowledge of trends, demand (past and current), and availability of the housing market gave us a feeling of absolute comfort. Kori is a great agent who really knows her stuff and did an excellent job guiding a first-time purchaser through the process. We have been house hunting for a very long time. Finding the "perfect" home seemed impossible within our budget. Kori was patient and showed us various options and got us to also consider a "fixer upper." We initially did not want to take on any homes that needed renovation since we had no experience in these kind of projects.
