Yona is terrific. She helped us view many homes in the Northern Westchester area and provided a great deal of input on key considerations for the areas and the specific houses. We ended up contracting on a short sale, which took nearly 1 year to complete for closing, due to the legal transaction. Yona was fantastic. She gave us honest opinions about each home we saw, was extremely knowledgeable about the market and local area and was reassuring to us as a buyer in a competitive seller’s market. Once we had an accepted offer, she provided excellent recommendations for attorneys, inspectors, etc and has been a huge support throughout the closing process.
