A very sweet lady who has a lot of connections and is determined to find you exactly what you are looking for. She was very patient with our exact needs for finding the perfect condo as an investment property. She set us up with an inspector who was very thorough. I will definitely use her in the future for our next investment property.

i have never given any vendor a review that describes them as perfect until today Judy is professional, she is knowledgeable and mostly she is patient.. She will not attempt to sell you a product which doesnt match your needs just to make a commission. She has demonstrated a willingness to research, cull out and visit as many properties as necessary until you find exactly the property you wish to purchase. Judi is possibly the most helpful rep I've ever worked with regarding buying or selling a home, by far. She helped me do BOTH, and I couldn't have been happier. She goes way above and beyond. I called, emailed and texted her hundreds of times during the purchase AND sale of my home. She answered all of them promptly and enthusiastically. Most realtors would've probably cursed me out, LOL. Judi was a pleasure to work with " - she was knowledgeable about the specific local area that you were interested in and did not show us places that didn't fit our criteria. Judi help keep the process smooth with all the various aspects of the " short sale" Judi was responsive in returning phone calls and answering questions Judi did a good job manage the negotiations Judi did a good job communicating and keeping you abreast of things ( more challenging as we were moving from out of state),

Judi Taulbee was so helpful in helping us find our dream home. We were first time home buyers and she really took us under her wing and walked us thru every step of the way . She helped us find a mortgage broker who was top notch. She guided us thru the insurance process as well as the inspection. Judi Taulbee gave us excellent advice. We were new to the market in this area, and she had was ever watchful of our investment. I felt she was available at any time for us, we never waited more than a couple of hours for an answer to our questions.

My experience was with Judi Taulbee. I flew into Sarasota and left 4 days later with a deal. I found Judi to be easy to deal with, honest and prompt. She made what is often a very stressful situation a relaxed one. I would whole heartedly recommend her.
