My husband and I found Judi on Zillow when we were considering buying a home in Sarasota based on her reviews on Zillow as we live in another state and unfamiliar with the area. She spent two and a half days with us taking us through many communities and properties. Even though we didn't end up buying a property, we would highly recommend her to anyone - she loves what she does and it shows in her energy!
Judi helped me purchase my second home through her recently and she did a super job. As before, I was very impressed with her responsiveness as I called her after hours and on weekends repeatedly, and she was always prompt in her responses and in helping me. I would highly recommend Judi for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Sarasota area. We were long distance buyers and worked with her for many months trying to find the right home. She did an outstanding job in finding the right house for us in the right community. Do to title difficulties we had a long and difficult closing and Judi was there for every step of the process.
Judi was outstanding in the listing process, getting the property shown, and negotiating an excellent price for our property.
