I would highly recommend Judi for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Sarasota area. She is dedicated to meeting her clients expectations and has a strong work ethic and passion for helping people with real estate transactions. We were long distance buyers and worked with her for many months trying to find the right home. She did an outstanding job in finding the right house for us in the right community. Do to title difficulties we had a long and difficult closing and Judi was there for every step of the process.

Judi was outstanding in the listing process, getting the property shown, and negotiating an excellent price for our property. She stayed on top of the closing process and kept us fully informed during each step, helping us with all the paperwork, and ensuring the close happened in a timely manner. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, friendly and knowledgeable real estate agent!

Judi has been our realtor for over three years and we could not be without her. She has guided us through 12 transactions during this time ( bought and sold 6 properties ). Her knowledge of the area is second to none and her communication is impeccable. No matter what time of day or night Judi is always in contact with us. Not only is she the best from a professional stand point but she is also such a lovely, caring and fun lady. If you need a realtor you will not get a better one than Judi.

It was a pleasure having Judi as our realtor. She was readily available, we never felt rushed when looking at homes and she showed us dozens of homes until we found the right one. She even met me around town to sign documents to accommodate my work schedule. I highly recommend her.

We came to Florida desperately needing to find a house. We only had 5 days. Judi responded, too us all the way from Bonita Springs up to Bradenton...tirelessly showing us all sorts of options! Not only were those long days but she brought snacks in case we got famished and tired!!! She was absolutely the best and even though we covered a ton of ground she kept on going with us till we found a place on the last day. High recommend Judi!!

Judi is just awesome. She spent a whole week with us showing us different properties until we found one we really liked. Nothing was too much trouble for her as she puts the buyer first T all time. The whole experience of buying was amazing and she was always available for any help or questions we had. I am still looking, but I have really enjoyed working with Judi. She has been very helpful, and extemely easy to work with. I am able to review many properties. When we did go look, she had things very organized and we were able to see many properties in a short period of time.
