Beyond the worst work and customer service I have ever had and I don’t take that lightly. Wasting our time and money with zero customer service from RJ. If we weren’t stuck with money in escrow to pay for their work, we’d be publishing just how bad a job they did with pictures. Save yourself the grief and DO NOT USE THEM.

After doing a good job for several years, they stopped plowing 10 feet from our garage door. When we contacted them we were told it was because our driveway makes a 90 degree turn and their new truck is too long to make the turn. Our driveway didn’t change. How is this our problem. The price we agreed to pay was for our whole driveway, not 80% of it.

Richard. We are sorry for this. Our truck that plows your driveway is longer and making the turn while not scraping the truck along the tree is impossible. We use to rock some snow off the end of the garage but last season you put extra stakes there keeping us off of that area. We will continue to do the best we can.
