Zakk made the first time home buyers experience priceless! He walked my husband and me through each step of the process and ensured we understood everything. He was honest when looking at houses and made knowledgeable suggestions/recommendations. Even when I was tired of looking at houses and called it quits, he said, “We’re going to find you a home. Mr. Varughese was very helpful and responsive. Prior to meeting , I clicked on a link for a home that I was interested in and he responded within minutes. The situation I was in was probably not the most ideal AND VERY DEMANDING (to say the absolute least); however, Mr. Varughese didn’t let that deter the process. From day one until closing he was encouraging, supportive and willing to listen. I would definitely recommend Mr. Varughese to others wanting to become a home owner.

Zakk went above and beyond in helping me find a property that met my needs. I was at somewhat of a disadvantage because I was in St George, Utah throughout the process, but with his help I was able to find a home, get through the inspection, and follow up inspection to be sure the necessary repairs were made; his response time to any questions or concerns was outstanding! The entire process from start to finish was flawless! I would definitely recommend him to anyone searching for a new home!
