Zakk was amazing!!! I was moving to Mississippi from out of state and was not familiar with the area at all. He accommodated my crazy work schedule and educated me on different things I needed to be aware of when purchasing a home in the area I was interested in. He was extremely patient and went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I found the house that was perfect for my family. Zakk promptly returned our initial inquiry. He was friendly and genuinely interested in our relocation needs. He made several trips to the county courthouse for first-hand research regarding deeded driveway access versus easements on some of the properties that we were interested in. Since we were a five-hour drive from the Rankin County area, he also made personal trips to houses of interest.
