Let's just say I found the person calling back rude. So..Chelsea , I guess I agree with you. I am grateful for my gift, so I refuse to take from that thoughtfulness, but poor, very poor.
Horrible customer service. Flowers arrived late. They called me on the way and ruined the surprise. When they arrived the few roses in the bouquet had brown edges on the petals. Mostly filler flower and greens. I called to complain and they said I could bring it back for a new one without even an apology and on my time. Horrible customer service from the beginning. I know what florist in town will not be doing my wedding.
